A very versatile editor, Richard has degrees in political science from George Washington University in Washington D.C. and the University of Waikato in New Zealand. He has been a Hollywood publicist, an advertising copywriter, a freelance writer and journalist, a reporter for a daily newspaper, a journalism teacher, a lecturer in politics, management, and international business, an ESOL tutor and a magazine editor. Richard is a thespian of some local note, and has written a play that has been produced on stage, and three novels. He is currently preparing a collection of short biographies for publication.

Anne is a medical doctor and holds a Master’s of Science from the University of Michigan and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Maryland. Through her clinical research and teaching roles for trainees and junior staff, Anne has extensive experience in medical writing and editing of academic publications. Anne’s work with the National Institutes of Health (United States) included broad experience in writing and editing clinical protocols and related documents (such as manuals of operations, data collections forms, adverse event forms and summaries, and communications with regulatory agencies and industry). She has been responsible for staff review of hundreds of grants, giving her wide experience in identifying the most effective presentations in grant applications. Anne’s professional experience also includes developing questions and answers for trainee examinations, creative writing, and writing and editing business proposals.
