A large university was expanding its overseas student base and the vice chancellor was required to present a business plan for the developmental work involved with the program. As an extremely busy man, he was finding it difficult to allocate appropriate time for the completion of the plan which, when he contacted WordsRU consisted of a series of separate headings with notes but no overview or framework.
After reviewing the available material, WordsRU’s editor quickly set up an outline of the key elements of the plan and was then able to advise the customer of those sections that still needed to be addressed. While the customer proceeded to write up his drafts of these sections, the editing got under way and once the additional draft material was available, the editor inserted it into the main document and completed a further, final run through. The ‘ready to go’ document was completed in half the time expected and other than messaging/liaison between the customer and the WordsRU editor, with minimal disruption to his many other responsibilities.
