Thesis Editing
Although 'theses' is often defined as the foundation statement of an academic paper, it is also the term used to describe an extensive research paper, written to meet the requirements of an academic degree.
WordsRU's professional, experienced editors understand that a thesis is vital to the successful completion of your degree; at WordsRU, your academic success is of utmost importance.
Our thesis editing includes checking for and correcting the basics (such as grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice, sentence structure, etc.). In addition, your WordsRU academic editor will confirm that your thesis complies with the citation style you are using, as well as any school or department requirements for form and style. Finally, the chief editor will make every effort to assign an editor to your project based on his or her expertise and experience, to ensure that you receive the best possible feedback from your WordsRU editor.
We will return two copies of your thesis: a marked copy, with all corrections and comments showing, and a revised copy that has the corrections accepted and comments removed. Note that the revised copy will not necessarily be ready to submit to your professor or Chair! You should review and address any comments or suggestions the editor has made before you submit. There may be additional information you need to add to the reference list entries or gaps in the discussion that require revision.
Furthermore, WordsRU will not "slam the door" on you once the first round of editing has been completed! We provide follow-up after the edited paper has been returned to you. Your editor will remain available to answer questions, clarify comments, and review brief passages that you decide to revise based on the edit.
Most importantly, our high ethical standards ensure that your content and meaning will not be altered. WordsRU will not write your thesis for you, nor will our editors research, alter, or add to your content. However, our editors will make suggestions and recommendations for how you can improve your thesis.
